Emails for extended and stopped surveys

Participants are now notified when a survey’s end date changes or when a survey is stopped manually. Non-respondents will automatically receive an email if a survey is extended, and you can choose to inform all participants when a survey is closed early.

Insights into bounced invitation emails

Coordinators can now see which survey invitations bounced directly in My Effectory. A warning appears in the Participants section, where you can view failed email addresses, update them, and resend invitations with just a few clicks.

Improved step order when creating a survey

The survey creation flow is now more intuitive. Steps have been reordered so you start by selecting questions first, making the process faster and easier to follow.

Smart Organization Scan templates now available

Smart Organization Scan Survey and Smart Organization Scan Pulse are now available as pre-set solutions when creating a survey. This makes it easier to choose the right questions and get started with a full, ready-to-use template.

Improved textbox behavior for open-ended questions

Open-ended questions now have a clearer, more user-friendly layout. The confidentiality text appears below the answer field, and the placeholder text disappears when the field is focused or hovered. This reduces confusion and supports better completion rates.

Custom segments

In addition to standard segments like Gender, Age, and Tenure, you can now create your own custom segments. This gives you more flexibility to analyze results deeper in the organization and take more targeted action.
