Creating a survey in My Effectory is simple and guided step by step. This overview explains the four steps you’ll go through when setting up a survey. How to create a survey

 

Creating a survey in My Effectory is simple:

  1. Go to My Effectory

  2. Open the project where you want to launch your survey

  3. Click Create a survey

  4. Give your survey a clear name (e.g. Team Development Scan – Team Yellow – October 2024).

  5. The platform will guide you through the four steps of survey setup:
  6. Click Review & plan to finalize your survey.

That’s it! Once your survey is launched, participants will automatically receive an email with their survey link at the planned time.

Note: You don’t have to finish setting up your survey in one go. You can leave the setup at any time and return later. Your incomplete survey will be saved as a draft in the All surveys overview in the Surveys tab on the left navigation bar.

Who can create surveys

To create a survey in My Effectory, you need to be one of the following coordinators:

  • Central coordinator

  • Project coordinator

  • Local coordinator
