Requesting a new survey invitation
This article concerns survey invitations sent to participants. Coordinator invitations contain different instructions and are addressed in this article.
A survey invitation is the email you receive with your personal link to take part in a survey from Effectory. If you’re not familiar with how survey invitations work, start with the article Understanding your survey invitation.
When should I request a new invitation?
Sometimes you may not be able to access your survey with the original invitation. In those cases, you can request a new one. Typical reasons include:

You never received the original invitation.

You deleted the invitation and cannot find it.

The invitation was sent to the wrong email address.
How to request a new invitation
To request a new invitation, contact the Effectory Helpdesk. Provide the following details:

Your full name

The name of your organisation

The survey name (if known)
Our Helpdesk can then resend the invitation to your email address. If your email address needs to be updated first, see below.
Updating your email address
In some cases, your email address needs to be corrected before a new invitation can be sent. You can update it in two ways:

Contact the Effectory Helpdesk. They can update your details in our system and resend the invitation right away. Please note: while we update your details in our system, your employer’s own records remain unchanged.

Contact your HR department or employee listening coordinator. They manage your organisation’s employee data and can correct your email address. Once your details have been updated, our Helpdesk can resend the invitation.
