Survey templates in My Effectory

Survey templates in My Effectory help you quickly create surveys for specific goals, such as measuring engagement, onboarding experiences, or organizational performance. Each template is based on Effectory’s scientific research and validated models, ensuring reliable and actionable insights. 

Templates are currently available to view and select only in the first step of creating a survey. In a future release, question templates will also become visible in the Question Library. 

Good to know: The availability of templates depends on your subscription. If you’re interested in a template that’s not visible in My Effectory, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

Where can I find survey templates?

Survey templates appear when you start creating a survey in My Effectory. Each time you create a survey, you can choose between two options: 

  • Start from scratch: Select individual questions from the Question Library to build your own questionnaire. After selecting your questions, you can configure the survey settings and launch the survey. 

  • Choose a survey template: Select one of the available survey templates, configure the survey settings, and launch the survey.

Please note: Showing and selecting survey templates during survey creation is a new feature in My Effectory. At this time, templates cannot be customized. 

If you want to combine template questions with other questions or add custom questions, please create your survey from scratch instead.
