Results dashboard: Comparing of results

Effectory offers various types of comparisons (benchmarks), enabling you to compare your results both internally and externally.

How does internal comparison work?

Your survey results can be compared with:

• Previous survey results (if available and applicable). This must be set up before the survey closes, together with your CSM.
• Organizational levels (e.g., sibling groups or higher-level groups within the organization).

To compare with an organizational level, open the Comparisons field via the tab Scores and select either higher-level scores (e.g., organizational benchmarks) or lower-level scores (e.g., team-level results). Please refer to this article for more information about the Scores tab.
