Resending a survey invitation

Coordinators can resend survey invitations directly from the survey page in My Effectory. This helps when a participant has lost their original email or asks for a new invite.

 

Who can resend invitations

You need survey access to use this option. This means:

  • Central coordinators can resend invitations to any participant in any survey.

  • Project coordinators can resend invitations to participants in surveys within their projects.

  • Local coordinators can resend invitations to participants in the surveys they have access to.

How to resend an invitation

  1. Go to Surveys > All surveys and open the right survey.

  2. In the survey page, find the Participants section and click View details.

  3. Use the group structure or search bar to find the participant.

  4. Click the three dots to the right of the participant’s name.

  5. Select Resend invitation.

The participant will immediately receive a new survey invitation by email.

 

If the participant still doesn’t receive the invitation

If the participant reports that they still haven’t received the email:

  • Ask them to check their spam or junk folder.

  • Check that the email address in the employee data is correct. If not, update it manually and resend the invitation.

  • If the problem affects several or all participants, there may be a technical issue on either side, for example with whitelisting. See our technical setup checklist for more information about whitelisting.
