AI Summary in the Results Dashboard

Effectory’s approach to AI

We use AI with care and follow strict principles focused on people, transparency, privacy, and compliance. Your data stays safe with us and is never shared with external AI services.

If you want to learn more about Effectory's responsible approach to AI, you can download our full statement in the Security Center.

Effectory is excited to introduce the AI Summary, the first production-ready AI capability in the Effectory platform.

The AI Summary, available on the Overview page in the results dashboard, is designed to help you make sense of survey results faster. By analyzing scores across all survey themes, and comparing them with previous surveys (if available) and benchmarks, the feature automatically generates an easy-to-understand summary of your results. Each summary highlights key strengths, outlines opportunities for improvement, and suggests recommended actions to take next. To keep things transparent, a short disclaimer reminds users that the content is AI-generated and should be reviewed before acting on it.

Note: The AI Summary is generated based on Effectory themes; if your survey does not contain any themes, no AI Summary will be shown.

To make sure the feature continues to improve, Effectory has added a simple thumbs-up/thumbs-down option. This allows you to quickly share your first impressions of the summary and helps Effectory refine the quality of insights over time.

By presenting results in clear, everyday language, AI Summaries make it easier for HR professionals, managers, and leaders to interpret data and act quickly.

How to read the AI Summary

The AI Summary is structured into three parts:

Strengths

These are the areas where your organization or team scored highly compared to benchmarks or previous surveys. Strengths show what is already working well and can be celebrated or reinforced.

Opportunities

These highlight areas where scores are lower or have declined over time. Opportunities are not just “weak points,” but potential focus areas where attention and improvement can make the biggest impact.

Recommended actions

Based on the data, the summary suggests practical next steps to help you move from insight to action. While these recommendations provide direction, users are encouraged to review them in context, adapt them to their team, and combine them with local knowledge.
