Once your survey is planned in My Effectory, the survey page gives you a clear overview of its settings, result sharing options, and more. At the top of this page you will find two key features: the survey timeline and the demo questionnaire. These help you check your setup and make sure everything is ready before invitations are sent.
Survey timeline
The timeline at the top of the survey page provides a visual overview of your survey’s main milestones:

Current status (planned, live, closed)

Survey start and end dates

Estimated date for results calculations

When invitations and reminders will be sent, including additional reminders

If relevant, when printable invitations will be available to download
The timeline gives you a quick snapshot of important dates and actions, so you always know where your survey stands.
Demo questionnaire
You will find the demo questionnaire button at the top right of the survey page. Opening it lets you:

See the chosen design and all questions in the exact order participants will see them

Click through the questionnaire as if you were a participant to check the wording, flow, and look and feel

Share the demo link easily with colleagues or stakeholders so they can review it too

Be assured that nothing you enter in the demo will be saved or submitted
The demo questionnaire is the simplest way to confirm that everything looks and works as intended before participants receive their invitations.
