Results dashboard: Dynamic Comparisons

Effectory’s new Dynamic Comparisons feature empowers coordinators to compare group results directly within the results dashboard; bringing clarity, context, and control survey insights.

What is Dynamic Comparisons?

Dynamic Comparisons allow coordinators with access to multiple groups in the same survey to select and compare results between those groups. This feature introduces a flexible, intuitive way to benchmark performance across organizational entities, all within the results dashboard.

What you can do with Dynamic Comparisons:

• Compare scores between groups within the same survey
• Search and select comparison groups by name and structure
• See visual indicators of selected comparisons across dashboard views
• Understand data gaps (e.g., anonymity thresholds) with clear messaging

Note: This feature is limited to within-measurement comparisons. It does not support trend analysis or comparisons across different surveys or accounts.

Where to find it

You’ll find Dynamic Comparisons on the Scores tab of the results dashboard.

How it works

Step-by-step user flow:

1. Open the dashboard for your survey.
2. Go to tab 'Scores'
3. Click the comparison selector: 'Comparisons'
4. Search or browse for a group within your survey structure.
5. Select one or more groups to compare.
   • Only groups with valid results and access rights are shown.
   • Groups with missing data (e.g., due to anonymity) are flagged.
6. View updated scores with your selected comparison reflected in the dashboard.

Privacy & access

Effectory ensures strict adherence to privacy and authorization rules:

• Groups are only shown if the user has access rights
