My Effectory Release Notes (24-09-2025)
Add custom questions in the Question library
You can now add your own custom questions directly in the Question library, including managing translations. This will make customizing survey content easier and give you full control of your own question set.

Note: This and other Question library features are being released gradually. For more information, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Easier navigation to the Question Library
When creating a survey, you can now move smoothly between the survey creation screen and the Question Library. This makes it easier to review and select questions, especially for customers who can add custom questions.
New reporting structures overview
After uploading employee data, you’ll now land directly on the new Reporting structures screen under the Organization tab. This page explains why reporting structures matter, includes downloadable case studies, and lets you get started with setup right away. It also shows an overview of all reporting structures across your projects.
This update provides clearer guidance, reduces confusion, and helps you build strong structures for meaningful results.

Manage survey reminders in My Effectory
You can now reschedule, add, or delete survey reminders yourself directly in My Effectory. This gives you more control and flexibility over survey timing, and saves time by removing manual support requests.

Advanced filters in the results dashboard
Central and Project Coordinators can now create new groups after results are published. With advanced filters, you can merge results from multiple groups, filter participants by employee data (such as age, tenure, or job position), or even create groups hand-picking participants. This gives you more flexibility to explore your data and uncover new insights without needing extra reports.
