AI adoption scan
You can now use the AI adoption scan to understand how AI is landing across your organisation. The scan measures adoption across five stages – from clarity and capability to environment and impact – so you see where things are working well and where they get stuck. This turns a vague “AI isn’t landing” concern into a clearer, benchmarked overview of what you need to fix and where to focus your next steps.

Questionnaire flexibility
We're introducing a redesigned questionnaire page that gives you a clear overview of your full survey and how each theme is covered. You can more easily see whether any themes are incomplete before launch, helping you reduce gaps and avoid surprises later in the process. This first version is a step towards more flexible, continuous listening without adding extra burden for you or your respondents.

Enhanced action planning workflow in Action Center
The enhanced action planning workflow in the Action Center makes it easier to move from survey insights to concrete follow-up. You can select a focus area from focus view or pin a relevant score from the results dashboard, then record one follow-up decision: Improve, Monitor, Need support, or Promote. From there, you add context and either choose a suggested action or create your own, and review all focus areas, decisions, and actions in the Actions tab. You can also export follow-up decisions and action information to Excel to give HR, HRBPs, coordinators, and senior managers better visibility.
