If you are new to the question library and creating questionnaires, knowing the difference between themes and topics will help you build effective questionnaires.
Themes and topics both help organize survey questions, but they serve different purposes:
Themes
- Scientifically validated groups of questions that measure a broader concept (e.g., Employee Engagement).
- Including all questions from a theme allows you to generate a theme score, which is valuable for trend analysis and benchmarking.
