My Effectory Release Notes (04-03-2025)
Allowed e-mail domain settings
We’ve added a new security setting in My Effectory that lets Central Coordinators control which e-mail domains can be used when assigning coordinators. By default, well-known free email providers are blocked to enhance security. Organizations that need stricter control can create a custom allowlist to ensure only approved domains are permitted.
This setting helps prevent unauthorized access and keeps coordinator assignments aligned with company policies. Find out more in our help article.
Survey Planner template
We’ve created a Survey Planning Template to help you structure your survey timeline more easily. It includes a ready-made timeline with key date recommendations, which you can adjust to fit your needs.
You can request the template from your Customer Success Manager (CSM) now. It will also be available directly in the platform soon!
Enhanced response overview filters
We have introduced additional filter options on the project response page. You can now filter the response rate by percentage, adjusting both top and bottom ranges to display groups within a specific range. Additionally, we’ve added the ability to filter response rates per survey, allowing you to view the response rate for a single survey or a selected group of surveys.
Access surveys without predefined structures
It is now possible to start creating surveys without having to create a structure first. This gives you earlier access to several features, including question selection and questionnaire demo.
General improvements to the Leadership Role Compass
We've made several improvements to enhance clarity and usability in the Leadership Role Compass:
- Clearer reminder details: It's now easier to see that reminders go only to non-respondents, how many people will receive them, and on which day reminders were sent. You can still send only one reminder per day.
- Survey closing time displayed: The survey end date now includes a closing time, visible on the survey list and settings pages. While you can't edit or select a time, this provides better clarity on when the survey officially closes.
- Guidance for inviting participants: A link to a support article has been added on the Feedback Circle page to help managers decide whom to invite.
- Faster results calculation: If all responses are in, you now have the option to close the survey immediately and start the calculation. This is also available when the response threshold is met, even if not everyone has responded.
- General speed and reliability improvements.
Reintroduction of significance in the results dashboard
We're reintroducing statistical significance to the results dashboard, so you can see whether score differences are meaningful or just random variation, helping you make more informed decisions.
