Introduction: PSA (Psychosociale Arbeidsbelasting)

The Dutch term “Psychosociale Arbeidsbelasting” (PSA) evaluates indicators of work stress or high workload for employees. PSA can have multiple causes such as high job pressure or unwanted behavior. In English we will refer to this product as "Psychosocial Work Stress" to prevent confusion with the German variant (PsyGB).

Under the Dutch Working Conditions Act, there's a requirement for organizations to ensure a pleasant work environment for their employees. This means taking active steps to prevent, address, and mitigate psychosocial risks.
