After the survey: How to read the results

The analysis of the results helps you, as a manager, to understand what role(s) you typically assume as a leader and whether these role(s) match with the team's perception and expectation. The results aim to make misalignments apparent between your idea of leadership and the team members' expectations. This provides opportunities for constructive and fruitful alignments.

Step-by-step: How to view the results

  1. Log into My Effectory.
  2. Select Go to my personal portal.
  3. On the left, select the tab 360 Feedback.
    > Your 360 Feedback dashboard opens, and you see a list of survey projects.
  4. Select the survey project of which you want to view the results.
    > You are directed to an overview graph of how your leadership aligns with the employees.

What do the results look like?

You will get a results dashboard with a comprehensive overview:

  1. Role profile: In the results, you get a role profile of your most dominant roles and can compare this to the team’s feedback & expectations.
  2. Gap analysis: It highlights misalignments between your and the team’s perspective.
  3. Tips and inspiration: You receive recommendations on how to further align your leadership with the team's needs and expectations.
