What is it?
Group Differences analysis uses survey data to categorize employees into two or more distinct groups, allowing for a comprehensive comparison of their survey scores. This approach proves to be valuable, showing the impact of diverse work perceptions on other work-related characteristics.
For example, the impact of engagement becomes evident when we compare the survey results of engaged and disengaged employees.
Most commonly used groups are:
- Engaged vs Disengaged employees
- Leavers vs Stayers
- Good/Just right workload vs (Far) Too high workload
- Promotors vs Detractors
When is this useful?
Group differences are useful when you want to see how different categories of respondents compare to each other.
Examples of use cases:
- “Can you give me the top 10 differences of the scores of people wanting to leave the company and people who don’t?”
- “What are the biggest differences in the scores of employees with good versus high workload?”
- “Can you show me the different scores of managers on level 1-3?”
What do you receive?
A complete overview of the question and theme scores (Excel report) per group, to see the differences between these two (or more) groups.
Available (on request) in package Expert or if separately stated in your contract.
