Advanced Filters: Confidentiality and Advanced Filters

Advanced Filters in the Effectory Results Dashboard empowers Central Coordinators, Project Coordinators & Survey Creator to create new participant groups after survey results are published. While this feature unlocks powerful post-survey insights, it also upholds Effectory’s commitment to confidentiality and data protection.

Effectory’s dashboard is designed to ensure that participant anonymity is never compromised, even when new filters are created. Here’s how:

Real-time anonymity checks

When a Coordinator creates a new filter, the system automatically checks whether the resulting group meets the minimum anonymity threshold. If the group is too small or doesn’t meet the criteria, results will remain hidden. If you'd like to read more about confidentiality, please read this article.

No access to individual responses

Advanced Filters only show aggregated results. Individual responses are never visible, and respondent identities will not be disclosed, even when filtering by email address.

Restricted access

Only Central Coordinators, Project coordinators & Survey Creators can create Advanced Filters. This limits access to all data and ensures that only authorized users can create filters.
