Viewing your personal and team results in Your Feedback

This article is about viewing your own personal results as a participant. If you're a coordinator and want to view your team results, learn how to use the results dashboard in this article.

 

What is Your Feedback?

Your Feedback is where you can view your personal survey results and, when enabled, your team’s results. You may also be able to compare these with higher-level groups, benchmarks, or the overall organization. It’s designed to help you reflect on your answers in context and clearly understand the information that matters most to you.

You can access Your Feedback by visiting my.effectory.com and opening your Personal Portal. For more details, see Accessing Your Feedback.

 

What results can I see in Your Feedback?

In Your Feedback you can always view your own survey answers. Depending on the settings chosen by your organization, you may also see your team's results, as well as comparisons with your team, department, the overall organization, or even benchmarks. This gives you both a personal view of your answers and, when enabled, the context of how they relate to group results.

The table below gives an overview of which results are always available and which depend on your organization’s settings.

Note: In Your Feedback, we apply our standard confidentiality requirements. If your own or a comparison group does not meet these standards, its results will be hidden to maintain confidentiality. 

 

When will my personal results become available?

If you’ve been invited to take part in an Effectory survey, you’ll see your own answers in Your Feedback right after submitting the survey.

Additional insights, like team results or benchmark comparisons, only appear if your organization has enabled them and will become visible once results are officially released. Depending on your organization’s preferences, this might be immediately after the survey closes or later on. If you’re eligible, you’ll receive a notification email when these insights are ready to view in Your Feedback.
