Why can’t I see my results in Your Feedback?
Note: In Your Feedback you can always see your own answers. Other insights, such as team scores or result comparisons, are only visible if your organization has enabled them. For more details about what you can see in Your Feedback, read this article.
Sometimes your results may not be visible in Your Feedback. Here are the most common reasons:

Organization settings: Your organization may have chosen not to share team results or result comparisons. Learn more about what results you can see in Your Feedback.

Survey still open: Only your personal scores are visible while the survey is still live.

Results not released yet: Your organization determines when survey results are released. This might be immediately after the survey closes or later on. If you’re eligible, you’ll receive a notification email when these insights are ready to view in Your Feedback.

Confidentiality: If too few people answered in your group, results won’t be shown. Learn more about our confidentiality rules.

Printed invitation: If you joined with a printed invitation, you won’t have access to Your Feedback.
What to do next
- If you’re not sure whether your organization enabled personal results, check any internal communication or reach out to your manager or HR contact.

Wait for the official release date communicated by your organization.
