Participant sampling

You can now invite a random subset of employees instead of your full population. During survey setup, you select a sample size and the platform automatically selects participants, prioritising employees who haven't been invited recently and rotating participants across survey cycles to avoid repeatedly inviting the same people.

This can help prevent survey fatigue and removes the manual work of managing participant selection, making it easier to listen frequently without creating a continuous burden for employees.

Bulk editing of recurring surveys

You can now bulk edit upcoming surveys in a recurring survey series, including frequency, duration, start and end date, and participant or group selection. This removes the need to update planned surveys one by one, reducing the manual work of managing recurring survey programs.

Email nudge for results viewing

Users who haven't opened their survey results will now receive an automatic reminder email 7 days after the original Results Available email. The nudge is only sent to users who have access to results but haven't viewed them yet, helping ensure results don't go unnoticed after going live.
