Question Management is temporarily available in read-only mode

Current status 

Question Management in My Effectory is currently available in read-only mode

This means that you can still view your question setup, but it is temporarily not possible to make changes in My Effectory. This includes actions such as: 

  • adding your own questions  
  • reordering questions  
  • updating headers  
  • managing translations for custom questions  
  • editing variables  

These editing capabilities are temporarily under maintenance and are planned to be available again in Week 22 (May 25–31)

What is Question Management? 

Question Management is the part of My Effectory that gives you more direct control over configuring your questionnaire. It helps you review and manage your question base, add your own questions, and make key questionnaire edits in the platform. 

Why is editing temporarily unavailable? 

We recently released the Beta version of Question Management and have learned a lot from how customers are using it in practice. 

To process these learnings quickly and keep the experience as smooth and reliable as possible, editing is temporarily unavailable while we work on: 

  • improving stability  
  • resolving key issues  
  • strengthening the overall user flow  

Our goal is to bring these capabilities back in a stronger and more reliable way. 

How can I request changes in the meantime? 

Until the editing capabilities are available again, any questionnaire changes can still be requested through your main contact person, as you are used to today. 

Change requests will be processed within 3–5 working days

When will editing be available again? 

The current plan is to make the editing capabilities available again in Week 22 (May 25–31)
