Recover login code page

Participants who lost their invitation email or login code can now request a new one themselves. On the Recover login code page, they simply enter their email address to receive a fresh invitation: no need to contact a coordinator or the Helpdesk.

Navigation improvements in the group structures overview

The group structures overview in your projects now has a new, cleaner layout. Tiles have been replaced with a list view, creating a consistent experience with the organization-level overview.

Customize invitation and reminder emails

You can now edit the text of survey invitations and reminders directly in My Effectory. Step 4 of survey creation is now called Layout & emails, where you can adjust titles, subtitles, and body text, and use merge fields for personalization.

This gives you full control over tone and content, allowing quick adjustments without needing support.

Segments in results

Segments let you analyze survey results by characteristics such as tenure, gender, or age. They’re applied as deeply into your organization’s structure as confidentiality allows, giving you valuable insights while protecting privacy.
