Trends report

The Trends report is now available in the Results dashboard. It allows you to track how survey results evolve over time by comparing theme scores, trend lines, and question scores across multiple surveys.

Segments report

The Segments report can now be downloaded from the Reports tab in the Results dashboard. Each segment gets its own report, including respondent counts, and reports are retroactively available for existing surveys that contain segments.

Compare group Effectiveness and contextual follow-up advice

Two new additions to the Effectiveness matrix in My Effectory: an Underlying groups tab that shows how a team's sub-groups are distributed across the matrix, and contextual follow-up advice in the side panel based on where a team is plotted.

New project page

The project page in My Effectory has been updated with a clearer structure and easier navigation. Projects are now organised around three tabs: Surveys, Files, and Settings.

Edit submitted survey response

You can now edit your submitted survey response via Your Feedback while the survey is still open. Your original answers are saved for review, and you must resubmit the survey for your updated answers to count.
