Duplicate surveys

You can now duplicate any existing survey, whether it’s a draft, planned, or completed one. This allows you to quickly create a new survey with the same setup, saving time and ensuring consistency.

Templates first when creating a survey

When creating a survey, templates are now shown first. You can easily start from a ready-made template or choose to build a survey from scratch.

This update simplifies setup and helps you get started faster with the right structure and questions.

Improved reporting setup

Organizational Effectiveness insights are now included directly in the Standard Group Results report, instead of a separate report.

This makes reporting clearer and easier to navigate, helping you find all key insights in one place.

Updated Reports tab in the Results Dashboard

The Reports tab has been updated to make it easier to understand and select the right reports. You can now clearly see which reports are available, what they’re used for, and in which format they can be accessed.

Employee count in segments

You can now see the number of employees in each segment. This gives you better visibility into your data and helps ensure groups are large enough for reliable and confidential reporting.

Manager's Hub

We've created a new Manager's Hub in the Results Dashboard to make it easier for managers to find guidance and follow-up support. It brings together resources for understanding results, taking action, and planning next steps, all in one place.

We've also highlighted additional Effectory solutions that can support managers in their role, such as the Leadership Role Compass.
