How to edit or unplan a survey

You can make changes to a planned survey up to 2 hours before its scheduled start time.

There are two options:

1. Edit a planned Survey

Need to adjust the start date, questions, or other settings?

• Go to Edit Survey
• Make the necessary changes
• Save your updates — the survey will remain scheduled with the new settings

2. Unplan a survey

Not sure about the start date anymore?

• Simply unplan the survey to revert it to draft status
• All your selections (participants, questions, design) are saved
• Only the start date is removed, giving you flexibility to reschedule later
