Question selection for your survey

When setting up a survey in our platform, you'll be guided through the question selection process. Here's what you need to know:

  • Single questions vs. question sets: You can choose from pre-made question sets or individual questions. Question sets cover specific themes or topics. Switch to the Single Questions tab to view or add more questions.
  • Details on themes or topics: Click View Details to learn more about any theme or topic.
  • Search: Use the search bar to quickly find specific questions or sets.
  • Mandatory ouestions: Some questions may be mandatory (marked in grey) and can’t be removed.

Difference Between Themes and Topics

  • Themes are groups of scientifically validated questions representing a broader concept (e.g. Employee engagement). Including all questions from a theme gives you a theme score which is useful for trend analysis etc.
  • Topics are collections of related HR questions. Unlike themes, questions in topics are scored individually.
