How to request a new password for My Effectory when I've forgotten it?

You can request a new password for your My Effectory account with the following steps:  

1. Go to my.effectory.com. 
2. Enter the e-mail address where you received the invitation on.
3. Click on the link “Forgot password?” next to the Sign in button.  
   
   
4. Enter your e-mail address and click on the “Send instructions” button on the next screen.
5. An e-mail with a link to reset your password will be sent to your e-mail address.
6. Click on the link to set a new password. Passwords must always contain a capital letter, a special character and a number.
