Easier coordinator management for Leadership Role Compass

You can now add or remove managers for the Leadership Role Compass individually or in bulk, making coordinator management more efficient and flexible.

Extend surveys closer to the end date

You can now extend a survey up to 2 hours before its scheduled end. This makes it easier to respond to changing timelines without stress.

Instant coordinator linking

Changes to linked coordinators are now applied instantly, without a Review & confirm step. E-mail notifications can still be configured when needed. This update reduces the chance of missed changes and makes the process more straightforward.

Edit employee data with HRIS integration

Customers with an HRIS integration can now manually edit non-mapped employee data. These changes are never overwritten, can be reverted, and are easy to track with a new filter for edited values. This adds much-needed flexibility and control.

Statistical significance returns to the dashboard

We’ve reintroduced statistical significance to the results dashboard. Now you can easily see whether score differences are meaningful or just random, helping you make smarter decisions.
