How to add custom questions to your library

The question library feature on the My Effectory platform allows you to easily create questionnaires tailored to your organization’s needs. This article explains how to add custom questions to your library or include Effectory questions.

How to add custom questions to your project in My Effectory

1. Go to the Your question library page.
2. Ensure that you are on the tab Overview.
3. In the All questions tile, click on the Add questions link.
   > A new Add questions window opens
4. To add a new question:

• • Select an Effectory question: Start typing a keyword and select one of the suggested Effectory questions from the drop-down menu. For Effectory questions, Topic and Question type are pre-set.
  • Type in a custom question: Type your custom question and select Question type and Topic. Read here how to create good questions:

5. Click on the + New question button at the bottom to add more questions.

How to adjust questions

Generally, to adjust questions:

1. Go to the Project question library.
2. Go to the tab All questions.
3. Click on the question you want to edit.
   > An Edit question side panel with question details opens.
4. Click on the component you want to change. Find more information on editable components below.

You can adjust the following components of a questions:

• the variables
• the translations
• the topic
• the order of questions

How to delete questions

1. In the overview of all questions, click on the three dots in the question's line.
2. Select Delete.
