How to change a variable in questions

The new Question Library feature is currently accessible in view-only mode and is not yet available to all users. When reviewing these articles, please keep in mind that certain functionalities may still be unavailable.

Variables are placeholder for your individual content, e.g. [company name] can be replaced by your actual company's name. Depending on your subscription, you may also change departments' variables and even managers' variables.

  1. Under Project question library, go to the tab Variables.
  2. Click on the pen icon next to the variable.
    > An Edit variable pop-up window opens.
  3. Edit the variable, e.g. company name
  4. Click Confirm changes.
A preview will show your variable in the context of actual questions.
