Edit primary project settings

You can now update the primary language and primary benchmark directly in your projects.

Primary language: Can be changed at any time, but only applies to draft and future surveys.
Primary benchmark: Can be changed at any time, and updates will apply to draft, planned, and running surveys. Completed surveys will keep their original benchmarks.

As before, you can also update additional languages and benchmarks whenever you like.

Reuse design templates across projects

You can now copy design templates from one project to another: no need to start from scratch. Central and Project Coordinators can reuse existing templates instead of re-uploading logos or background images, saving time and effort.

Send preview emails for surveys

You can now send a preview of your survey invitation or reminder emails directly from My Effectory. This makes it easy to check how your message looks, verify merge fields, and confirm that whitelisting works.

Previews can be sent for invitations and reminders in planned surveys. This helps you catch mistakes early and ensure your emails reach participants as intended.

A new onboarding task list is now available on your home screen under Getting ready. It’s a simple checklist that guides you through the key steps to launch your first survey, helping you get started quickly and confidently.
