Employee data for 360 Feedback

To use the 360 Feedback tool, employee data must first be imported into My Effectory. For detailed instructions on how to import employee data, please read these articles .

 

Required employee data for 360 Feedback

To enable the 360 Feedback tool, the following minimum information is required :
  • Employee ID
  • Employee email address
  • Manager email address (to be listed next to each employee in the Excel file)
Make sure the manager is also added to the data as well (as all employees).

Employee data for 360 Feedback can be uploaded by either the Central Coordinator or the Employee Coordinator.
