What is the difference between PSA & PsyGB?

In Germany we offer PsyGB as a solution with a Risk Assessment report on 10 questions that comply with regulations.

In The Netherlands we can help organizations to get insights into PSA (Psychosociale Arbeidsbelasting). Another term often used in the Dutch market is RI&E (risico-inventarisatie en -evaluatie). In English we will refer to this product as "Psychosocial Work Stress" to prevent confusion with the German variant (PsyGB).

To generate these insights, Dutch  organizations can choose from a 40 question library set related to PSA. This library set includes the 10 questions from PsyGB, in Dutch we will refer to this as the PSA Quick Scan. It's added value for employers to use these 10 questions and receive an extra report, to see in which team the risk is the highest. This can for example indicate sick leave rates for the future in that team. Important and very relevant information for employers to know.
