Give participants access to Your Feedback

Your Feedback allows participants to view their own survey answers and, depending on your organization’s settings, compare them with team, organizational, or benchmark results. As a coordinator, you decide what participants can see once results are released.

Configure access to Your Feedback
To ensure participants can access Your Feedback, configure the Results release settings in My Effectory. Ensure you've selected one of the following two options:

Release to everyone: Results are released to all users at once, including to participants via Your Feedback.
 - 
Phased release to selected users: This option allows you to create different release phases for groups of users. Locate the Participants phase and make sure it’s scheduled correctly. When the configured time comes, participants will gain access to Your Feedback.

How participants access Your Feedback
Note: Participants who were invited via printable invitations cannot access Your Feedback, as an e-mail address is needed to access the platform!
Participants can access Your Feedback in three ways:
- 
Right after completing a survey: After submitting their survey, participants are immediately invited to view their personal answers in Your Feedback.
 - 
Via notification email: Once the survey closes and results are released, participants receive an email with a direct link to Your Feedback (if results are shared by the organization).
 - 
Through the Personal Portal: Participants can go to my.effectory.com and log into their Personal Portal using the email address provided in the employee data.
