Effectory surveys are often available in multiple languages to ensure everyone can participate comfortably. This article explains how to switch languages and adjust accessibility options.
How to change the questionnaire language
Switching the language makes it easier to complete the survey in the way that feels most comfortable to you. Just follow these steps:

In the top‑right corner of the questionnaire, click the Language button.

Select your preferred language from the drop‑down menu.
Note: The languages available for each survey are set up by your organization. If your preferred language is not listed, it means the survey is not available in that language. You can still respond using one of the available languages, or reach out to your HR team or employee listening coordinator for more details.
Accessibility options
- Desktop, mobile & tablet: Effectory surveys are easily accessible via desktop, mobile, and tablet. Find the supported browsers here.
- Screen readers: Effectory surveys are compatible with standard screen readers. If you encounter accessibility barriers, please contact the Helpdesk.

Adjusting text size: Most browsers allow you to zoom in (press Ctrl + on Windows or ⌘ + on macOS) to increase the font size.

Contrast and colors: Use your browser’s settings or assistive technology to adjust contrast and colors for better readability.

The government body is able to demonstrate that its website or mobile app complies with all accessibility standards, fulfills the legal obligation, and has achieved the objectives set out in that legislation.
