Advanced Filters: Sharing Advanced Filters

Advanced Filters allow you to create customized views of your survey data. With the sharing functionality, you can make these filters available to others in your organization, while maintaining control and compliance with access rights.
 

Who can share Advanced Filters?

Central Coordinators, Project Coordinators & Survey Creators can share advanced filters.
  • Central Coordinators automatically receive access to all advanced filters by default.
  • Project Coordinators have access to the advanced filters for the projects they have access to.
  • Survey Creators have access to the advanced filters of the measurement they have created.
  • Local Coordinators and Result Access Coordinators can be granted access by the Central Coordinator, Project Coordinator or Survey Creator but only if they already exist in the system assigned as a Local or Result Access Coordinator.

How to share an Advanced Filters?

  1. Create or open an existing advanced filter.
  2. Click the “Share” button.
  3. Select from the list of existing Local or Result Access Coordinators.
  4. You can choose to notify them via email when they are granted access.
  5. Confirm your selection. The selected coordinators will immediately have access to the filter.

What happens after sharing?

The selected coordinators will see the filter automatically in the results dashboard, no action needed. To view it:
  1. Go to the Results Dashboard
  2. Select a Filter
  3. Click on Advanced Filters
