How are the award winners determined?

Summary

World-class Workplace (WCWP) is an employer excellence-label awarded to high performing organizations once a year. The label is solely based on the opinion of employees. The best scoring world-class workplaces receive an award. How are the award winners determined?

Best World-class workplaces

Effectory hands out an award to the best scoring World-class workplaces.

To win the award,

- Your organisation has to be a world-class workplace.

- It has to be the highest scoring organisation in its sector or region.

- Organisational size is also taken into account. Per sector there is an award for organisations of up to 1000 employees, and an award for organisations with more than 1000 employees.

It is possible for an organisation to win both the sector award, and the region award.
