How do I assign access rights to create a Team Scan?

Assigning rights

The default setup for coordinators is as follows:

1. The Central Coordinator can assign Local Coordinators (for example team managers based on the employee file) to their respective groups for survey creation.
2. Once the Local Coordinators create a Team Scan, they can add their employees per team as Results Access Coordinators.
3. Employees can view the results of their own Team Scans in our My Effectory dashboard and will receive a notification per mail when their results are available.
4. My Feedback is only available for viewing individual results, since team results will be visible in the dashboard. No emails are sent for My Feedback.

Alternative: Do you want to empower employees to send out surveys?

1. The Central Coordinator can add all employees manually as Local Coordinator.
2. Employees can create surveys for their own team when relevant.
3. Employees can view the results of their own Team Scans in our My Effectory dashboard and will receive a notification per mail when their results are available.
4. My Feedback is only available for viewing individual results, since team results will be visible in the dashboard. No emails are sent for My Feedback.

Alternative: Do you prefer not to involve employees as coordinators in My Effectory?

1. The Central Coordinator assigns Local Coordinators for survey creation (for example managers).
2. The Central Coordinator or Local Coordinator can assign Results Access Coordinators to access results (for example managers).
