The engagement score:
This section shows the answers to the questions about engagement, divided in three categories: Engaged, Potentials, Disengaged.
What do the categories mean?
Engaged: Percentage of employees who have an average engagement score of 8 or higher. Engaged employees show a strong positive attitude. They are generally more productive and strive to improve themselves as well as the organization.
Potentials: Percentage of employees who have an average engagement score between 5 and 8. Employees with the potential to become engaged often show a neutral attitude towards their job and organization.
Disengaged: Percentage of employees who have average engagement score between 0 and 5. Disengaged employees show a very limited positive attitude towards their work and the organization. Passives are employees who give a 7 or 8. These neutral employees are generally content, but not fully committed to your company. Their results are excluded from the eNPS calculation.
Detractors are employees who give a score from 0-6. These employees will not recommend your company to others and may be dissatisfied.
