Overview Scores Answers Topics & Ideas Themes Reports Action

The overview page provides you with the main results in a blink of an eye.

Each tile represents a different type of information based on the results of your survey. Please note that depending on the chosen themes and questions your overview can differ per survey. Each tile provides more in-depth information when clicking on the mceclip1.png on the top right.

Here is a look through a few possible results.

The engagement score:

This section shows the answers to the questions about engagement, divided in three categories: Engaged, Potentials, Disengaged.

What do the categories mean?

Engaged: Percentage of employees who have an average engagement score of 8 or higher. Engaged employees show a strong positive attitude. They are generally more productive and strive to improve themselves as well as the organization.

Potentials: Percentage of employees who have an average engagement score between 5 and 8. Employees with the potential to become engaged often show a neutral attitude towards their job and organization.

Disengaged: Percentage of employees who have average engagement score between 0 and 5. Disengaged employees show a very limited positive attitude towards their work and the organization. In the best case, they do their jobs sufficiently. In the worst case, they underperform and spread negativity towards others.

If you chose to compare the results to a previous measurement the percentage in the bottom-right box indicates the difference with the previous measurement.

The eNPS:

This tile shows how your employees answered to the question How likely is it that you would recommend your organization as an employer to others? It displays the eNPS score, as well as the percentage of respondents divided in 3 groups: Promotors, passives and detractors.

How are the groups calculated?

Promotors are employees who give a 9 or 10. These most positive, motivated and satisfied employees are most likely to recommend your company to others.

Passives are employees who give a 7 or 8. These neutral employees are generally content, but not fully committed to your company. Their results are excluded from the eNPS calculation.

Detractors are employees who give a score from 0-6. These employees will not recommend your company to others and may be dissatisfied.

How is the eNPS calculated?

The eNPS score is the percentage of promotors – the percentage of detractors

This score can range from –100 to 100.

What does the eNPS mean?

A positive score indicates that there are more promotors than detractors in your organization. A negative score indicates that there are more detractors than promotors in your organization.

The response rate:

This tile shows the percentage of employees that have completed the survey.

Retention

The retention score shows the percentage of your employees who are not looking for a job elsewhere and are thus willing to stay with your organization. When you click on the i, you can see how the answers are distributed amongst the respondents.

Workload

The workload score shows the percentage of employees that find their level of workload good and thereby indicate that they're happy with their workload and that they are experiencing a healthy work-life balance. When you click on the i you can see how this question was answered by all of the respondents.

Well-being

The well-being score shows you how your employees answered the question “I am able to maintain a good balance between working and relaxing”. High scores on well-being tell you that your employees focus sufficiently on their recovery and relaxation as well as on their work.

Theme scores:

This tile shows the answers to the questions What are you most proud of in your organization?” (feel-good topics) and “What needs improvement in your organization?” (your employee's ideas).

You can switch between the two views using the gear icon mceclip9.png.

What do the percentages mean?

The percentages tell you how many respondents selected these topics when asked what they were proud of or what needed improvement. Please note that the percentages can add up to more than 100% as respondents can choose more than one topic.

By clicking View Topics & Ideas you will be redirected to the Topics & Ideas tab.

Highest & Lowest scores

These two tiles show the questions that your group scored most positively on (Highest scores) or most negatively on (Lowest scores), and for underlying groups this is compared to the organization average.

World-class Workplace label:

Groups with less than 5 respondents

For groups with at least 3 respondents, the "What goes well & What you can improve" tiles are visible on the overview page (Provided that one or more questions have a relevant positive or negative difference from the organizational average).
