What steps do I need to follow to create my survey?

 

Step 1: Select participants 

After you have given your survey a name, you will be directed to the ‘Participants’ page. Click on 'Edit selection' to select the team(s) that you want to send the survey to

After selecting your participants, you will see a green checkmark next to "Participants" in the survey overview panel on the right-hand side of the page. This means that this step has been completed. 

The participants that you see as a manager have been provided by your HR department. It is not possible to edit, add, or remove participants yourself. 

If you would like to make any changes you must contact your HR contact person.

Note: It is not possible to add or remove teams when your survey is already running.  

Step 2: Select survey period 

Click on "Period" in the survey overview panel. Here you will see the pre-selected periods as agreed upon with your HR department. Click on the period of your choice. 

It is also possible that only 1 survey period is visible, which can’t be (de)selected. This means that your organization has opted for only one period in which surveys can be sent out. 

After selecting the survey period, "Period” will be marked green in the overview panel. 
 

Step 3: Select survey questions 

Click on "Questionnaire" in the overview panel to go to the final step and select the questions you want to ask your team. Under the header “Requirements” you can see the minimum and maximum number of question sets you can select for your survey. 

Question sets and single questions

On this page you have the option to select question sets and single questions. The question sets consist of several questions about specific themes and topics. Are you curious about the content of a question set? Then click on the i-icon.  
Note: It is possible that your organization has opted for mandatory question sets to be included in your questionnaire, which will appear at the bottom of the page, are marked in grey and can’t be deselected 

Switch to the "Single questions" tab to view and add extra questions to your questionnaire. The questions that are gray and can’t be (de)selected belong to a selected question set and are already included in the survey. Are you looking for a specific question or topic? Simply use the search bar 

To see an overview of the question sets and single questions you have selected for your survey, click on the green button "selected questions". 

Step 4: Launch your survey 

Click on 'launch survey' when you have finished creating your surveyNow, there’s no more work for you to do - we will take care of the rest from here!
