Where and how can I create my own surveys as a local coordinator?

You can create your own survey in My Effectoryour secure online environment, for which you've received an activation email with a link to log in directly to My EffectoryIf you have not received this email, please contact our Helpdesk by submitting an online request or give us a callYou can log in to MEffectory with your (work) e-mail address.

Logged in to My Effectory? Follow these steps to start creating your own survey: 

  1. Click on “Projects” in the menu on the left and select the project for which you want to create your own survey.
    • Is this the first time you create a survey? Then you will directly see the option to create a survey. If you have previously created a survey, you will see an overview of all your surveys.
  2. To get started, click on the button "Create a survey". First, give your survey a name. This name will be visible to everyone you invite later, so choose a name that everyone can recognize. Then click on "Create".
  3. You will then see the page where you set up your survey in 3 easy steps: selecting the participants, the survey period and the questions for the survey. Go to "What steps do I follow to create my own survey?” to learn more about these steps.
