Survey respondents

If you have received a letter or e-mail from Effectory asking you to participate in a survey, you must first log in to My Feedback. If you have any questions or comments or if you are unable to log in, please contact us.

Privacy statement
Your employer has instructed Effectory B.V., Singel 126, 1015 AE Amsterdam, to carry out a survey. This may be an employee survey or one of the other feedback products offered by Effectory. Specific information and agreements we have made with your employer about how we treat your data can be found under the ‘Privacy’ button on the survey.

Secure login
This website uses secure 128-bit encrypted access. This means that anything you enter on our website cannot be tracked by third parties. Naturally, all data you submit will be treated confidentially. 

How do you log in?
Effectory sent you a letter or e-mail containing login details consisting of a company name, a username, and a password. These must be copied verbatim. Once you have entered all the details, press “Login”. You will be taken to the survey site hosted by Effectory. Effectory treats your data with 100% confidentiality; individual results will never be shared with the client.


Website visitors

Who is responsible?
Effectory B.V. – owner of Effectory.nl, Effectory.com and Beste-werkgevers.nl – is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through its websites. Effectory believes that responsible use of personal data on its website is essential for its business interests and reputation.

What data do we collect from you?
The amount and type of data we receive from you through our websites depends on the data you provide using our contact pages and the registration processes on our websites. Effectory only processes your personal data when you provide these yourself. The personal data you actively provide to Effectory will be stored in our secure data system (CRM). Please find below an overview of the personal data that we process:

  • First and last name
  • Sex
  • Address details
  • Telephone no.
  • E-mail address
  • Other personal data you actively provide, for example, in an application, in correspondence, or by phone.

The nature of the personal data we collect or process may vary. For example, we may only ask for your e-mail address to download a white paper. We will ask for your address details to send a package by post. In all cases, we request these data to fulfil your request. We use activity data, user agents, and your IP address to offer you a properly working website. Refer to our cookie policy for more information about this.

For what purpose is your data collected?

You can request information on some of our websites. In that case, we use these data to provide the requested content such as a white paper or a checklist. We also collect data about you if you register for a survey, for example, on Beste-werkgevers.nl. We will sometimes ask you to provide some additional information to find a better understanding of our customers’ views and needs.  We may then contact you about the subject you are interested in.

Effectory has a general interest in understanding what is important to our (potential) customers . This results from the desire to improve the quality of its services and to keep (potential) customers informed of new products. This is why Effectory has a legitimate interest in collecting the data you provide (see Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

We also use your data if you give us permission to do so. If you subscribe to the newsletter, for example. In this case, we will keep you informed of our services. When you send us an e-mail requesting information about Effectory, we can use your e-mail address and the other information you provide to fulfil your request.

If you have submitted personal data through our website, we will always give you the opportunity to indicate that you do not wish to receive such information or to have your data removed from our systems. Contact our helpdesk for this.

With whom do we share your data? 
We do not share personal data with third parties unless this is necessary to provide our services or if this is required by law. Moreover, Effectory may share personal data it has collected with its subsidiaries when this is necessary to achieve the purpose for which you have provided these data. When you submit data to our website, you give explicit permission to the transfer of your data to other parts of Effectory.

Why do we store your data?
The personal data you submit to Effectory are stored to keep you informed about our services or to contact you about the subject you are interested in. Effectory periodically checks whether your data must still be kept. Naturally, your data will be removed from our CRM system if you indicate that you are no longer interested.

How is your data secured? 
Effectory is ISO/IEC 27001 certified and has a suitable policy to protect your personally identifiable information from loss, abuse, modification, and accidental destruction. Employees who have access to your data have received special training to ensure the confidentiality of such data.

How can you exercise your rights?
Effectory acknowledges its responsibility for the protection of your online privacy. You can also use this address for questions about compliance with our Privacy Policy.

As a resident of the European Economic Area, you have the following data protection rights:

  • If you want to access, correct, modify, or submit a request for the removal of your personal data, you can do so at any time on https://support.effectory.com/hc/requests/new.
  • You can also object to the processing of your personal data, ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data, or request the transfer of your personal data. You can also exercise these rights by contacting us on https://support.effectory.com/hc/requests/new.
  • You have the right to unsubscribe from the marketing communication we periodically send you. You can do so by clicking the Unsubscribe button in the marketing messages sent by e-mail.
  • Similarly, if we have collected and processed your personal data with your permission, you can revoke this permission at any time. The revocation will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to the revocation, nor does it affect the processing of personal data that has been carried out based on other lawful processing grounds than your permission.

We respond to all requests we receive from persons who want to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to keep any data in our archives that we deem necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.
