How can you add someone to the Teamie without that person participating?

How can I start a new Teamie?

An organizer can start a Teamie for their team with a few clicks. You will only have to fill in: a team name, the response period and the e-mail addresses of the coworkers for participation. With a single click, all participants will receive an invitation to participate in Teamie. You can only proceed through these steps if you are a Teamie organizer.  

  1. Log in to portal.teamie.nl
  2. At the bottom of the page, you will find the option “Start new Teamie”. Open this menu and click on the blue “Start new Teamie” button.
  3. Choose a name for your team.
  4. State how long you wish to keep the questionnaire open.
  5. Then enter the names and e-mail addresses of your team members. A minimum of 5 people will have to be invited. You can also add a guest, such as a trainer or consultant. These guests can view the results, but do not participate in Teamie. This can also be handy for coworkers who have just started working.
  6. Select the language for the invitation e-mail. You can select either Dutch or English.
    When you agree with the Teamie rules, you can send it by clicking on the blue “Send Teamie” button. All your team members will then receive the invitation e-mail!
