What you can do in your My Effectory depends on your role & rights.
Log in to My Effectory or create an account to:
- view your team's results
- track your survey response
- create surveys
- manage projects
- and/or update employee data

- Homepage: Everything comes together on the homepage. An dashboard that quickly gives you access to the most relevant information, and the latest updates of the running project(s). It also shows notifications with the next steps of action for you.
Access for: Central coördinators, local coördinators & managers - Employees: Manage all your employee data in one clear overview. The data is always collected and managed on organizational level first. When the upload is complete, the respondents are assigned per project. Access for: This functionality is only available to the central coordinator. Since we are dealing with personal data here, no one other than the central coordinator will have access to it. - Projects: An overview of all running and completed projects for your organization.
- Project pages: All your relevant project information on one clear page. Here you can view the status of all created surveys, and create your own surveys. Dive into each survey for content, response and results. Depending on the kind of project that is running, you will see different page content.
Access for: central coordinator and local coordinator - Survey pages: Every Pulse project includes several surveys, and each survey has its own page. On this page you can see the survey settings, all the important information such as survey status, response, and the results.
Access for: central coordinator, local coordinator and manager (for the latter role, however, you do not get insight into the research institutions, but you do get into the response and results - Analytics: Here you can access your Custom Analytic reports (e.g. Text Analytics), if applicable. Additional functionalities for online insights on organizational level will be added in the future. To learn more about Analytics, read this article.
- Account details: In the bottom left corner you can change your account details, such as your username or language preference.
