Email notifications after phase release

You can now send e-mail notifications to inform users about their access to survey results, even after the results release phase has been completed. Simply click the three dots next to the phase and select Send e-mail notification. This option is available only if the notification wasn't sent when the phase was originally released.

Deleting columns during employee data import

During employee data import, you can now delete columns that are part of group structures. When doing so, the system will notify you to update the affected structure(s) to ensure the relative projects remain functional.

Improved HRIS integration overview

For organizations using an HRIS integration, the employee data overview now includes icons to clarify which columns are matched with Effectory data fields (e.g., Employee ID, First Name, Last Name, Email Address).
