Everything is brought together under the My Effectory platform, making it easier for employees to manage their development journey. If you also have coordinator responsibilities, the Coordinator Portal continues to provide all the tools you need to manage team performance and survey responses.

What is the Personal Portal?
The Personal Portal is a space within My Effectory, specifically designed to help employees take control of their personal development. It is a hub that gathers all the Effectory tools designed with this specific goal in mind. What you have access to within the Portal depends on your organization’s feedback landscape:
- Personal Portal homepage: Accessible to all employees. This is your starting point where you'll find surveys you’ve been invited to and other key resources.
- Your Feedback: Partly accessible to all employees. You can view and compare personal and team scores here. The extent of features available depends on your organization’s plan and settings. Get to know Your Feedback here.
- 360 Feedback: This solution offers tools that empower employees to gain a well-rounded view of their own performance. 360 Feedback is only available if your organization has included it in its feedback landscape. You can read more about our 360 Feedback tools here.

Where to find the Personal Portal
When you log into My Effectory, you’ll be prompted to choose between the Coordinator Portal and the Personal Portal. If you only have access to one, you'll be automatically directed to that environment.
- Coordinator Portal: Coordinators will find familiar tools here, like employee data management, organization settings, survey creation, and the results dashboard.
- Personal Portal: Available to all employees, this space is designed to focus on personal development.

Navigating the Portal
The Personal Portal is easy to navigate with its familiar sidebar layout:
- Portal status: At the top of the sidebar, you’ll see whether you’re in the Personal Portal. Coordinators can click on this to switch between the Coordinator and Personal Portal.
- Home tab: Just below the status, the Home tab takes you to the main page, where you’ll find your to-do list and links to useful resources.
- Your Feedback: Always visible to users, though the content depends on your organization’s plan and settings.
- Additional solutions: If your organization has purchased additional tools like 360 Feedback, these will appear in the sidebar beneath Your Feedback.
Who can access the portal
The Personal Portal is accessible to any employee who has been invited to complete a survey in My Effectory. Each employee will only see insights related to the surveys they’ve been invited to participate in. What is visible to employees can be fully customized by the organization’s Central Coordinators.
