FAQ: Managing a running survey
- Where can I find the surveys I've created?
- Click on the tab Projects in the menu on the left in My Effectory
- Select the project that includes your survey(s)
- Click on View all surveys under the section Survey status
> Here you can view your created survey(s) and their status ("Draft", "Launched", "Running" or "Completed").If would you like to search for a specific survey, you can simply use the search bar.
- Can I still make changes after I've launched my survey?
It is possible to edit your survey until 2 hours before your survey period starts (however, it is still possible to delete the survey and create a new one if necessary). How to make changes:- Click on the tab Projects in the menu on the left in My Effectory
- Select the project that includes your survey(s)
- Click on View all surveys
- Click on the three bullets and the pencil icon to the right of the survey you want to edit.
Within 2 hours before the survey starts, you can no longer make any changes. However, it is still possible to delete the survey and create a new one if necessary.
- Can I add or remove participants while a survey is running?
No, you can only make changes to your participant or team selection until 12 hours before a survey starts.
