If you receive a notification that your questionnaire is completed when following the link although you have not filled it in, please try the following:
- Double-check the personal link: Is the invitation e-mail sent to you by Effectory definitely addressed to you personally?
- Double-check if the link was accidently forwarded to someone else. Each questionnaire can also be filled out once.
