If you have lost your invitation or fear it was not sent to you, follow these three steps:
- Go to our support page: https://support.effectory.com
- Click on Request new invite
- Enter your (work) e-mail address and click Submit.
> An e-mail will be sent to you immediately with a new invitation link to the questionnaire.
If your email address isn’t recognized by our system, please contact our helpdesk for assistance in retrieving your invitation. They can also help determine why the invitation email wasn’t sent to you
If you don’t have an e-mail address and you have lost or not received your paper invitation, please contact our helpdesk for assistance in retrieving your invitation.
