Are the Onboarding & Exit questionnaires fixed or can I add questions?
The Onboarding and Exit survey contains a fixed set of questions. Depending on your subscription, you may be able to add questions to the Onboarding and Exit questionnaire.
Can I add or remove employees during the response period of the Onboarding or Exit survey?
No. You can add employees as participants for a survey up until 12 hours before the scheduled start of the Onboarding or Exit survey. For technical reasons, adding or removing employees once the survey has started is impossible. This measure furthermore prevents survey results from being manipulated or traced back to individuals by selectively removing respondents. Employees who wish to refrain from participating in the survey always have the option not to fill in or submit the questionnaire.
Can I extend the response period for my Onboarding or Exit survey?
